Full-Arch Restoration Procedure

During your first visit, you will meet with your surgeon, Dr. Philip Engel, Dr. Richard Stern, Dr. Constantine Simos, Dr. Michael Stern, Dr. Amy Tanchyk, and Dr. Rohan Prabhu. We will take 3D scans of your mouth and face, discuss your anesthesia options, and design your personalized treatment plan. Generally, if you are healthy enough to undergo a tooth extraction, you are likely healthy enough to receive a full-arch restoration.

On the day of your procedure, your surgeon will administer the chosen type of anesthesia. Any remaining teeth in the dental arch will be extracted, and your surgeon will insert several dental implant posts. You will wear a temporary prosthesis while the implants heal. This is all completed in a single surgical visit. You will walk into our office with your old smile, and leave with a new, natural-looking smile that you can enjoy immediately.

Over the next few months, your implants will integrate with your jaw and create a secure and permanent base for your new teeth. This integration will help prevent your jaw bone from any deterioration. Your restorative dentist creates your final, custom set of teeth.
